Delivery is for UK mainland only, all other customers please contact us before purchasing.

Products have different delivery options based on weight and location which will be designated by us:
- Royal Mail First Class - Max 2kg (Ships normally within 1 to 3 days)
- Royal Mail Second Class - Max 1kg (Ships normally within 3 to 5 days)
- Royal Mail Standard Parcels - Max 20kg (Ships normally within 3 to 5 days)
- Parcel Express Next Day - Max 50kg (Orders placed before 3pm should be delivered by the next day but not always guaranteed)
- Local Delivery - Available for any customer which has prior confirmation of eligibility for free local delivery.

Local Delivery is available in the following conditions:
1 - In Cornwall as far as St. Austell
2 - No further north then Bude
3 - Within 10 miles of Plymouth

If you feel you qualify for free delivery go ahead and place your order but be advised if you choose local delivery and are located outside of the stated zone the delvery cost will be invoiced to you. If you are unsure that you are covered in the local delivery or any other delivery questions then please contact us on sales@swws.biz

On average welders will go out next day delivery before 3pm and everything else will be 3-5 working days.

£1.01 - £5.00 = £2.95
£5.01 - £10.00 = £3.95
£10.01 - £25.00 = £5.95
£25.01 - £199.99 = £9.95
Over £200 - £15.00 (UK Mainland Only)

Welding machines will not be covered by local delivery as they are located in separate warehouses.

We accept no liability for the loss or damage of any parcels when we have proof of postage, in this case it is up to you to recoup your losses from the chosen delivery company.

Welders and consumables may come from separate warehouses so expect them to come separately. They may also come from a different delivery company than advertised.

We will only accept returns within 28 days if it is deemed that the product is faulty or not as described. We will not accept a return if the error was made by the customer. All return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer by the courier of your choice and the delivery prices will not be refunded whereas the price of the product will be be returned in full.
